Provide a safe and non-discriminatory environment: Massage therapy is for everyone, no matter what your age, ability, body type, ethnicity, economic status, race, religion, sexual identity, or sexual orientation is.
Provide effective healing: I am constantly working on improving skills and learning new ones by practicing a variety of therapeutic modalities, giving and receiving massage, listening to feedback, reading about healing theories and methods, and attending classes to acquire new skills.
Promote holistic health: Massage therapy isn't just about relaxing; it is also about being aware of your overall health and valuing the connection between physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental issues.
Use earth friendly practices: I only use high-quality and completely natural massage oils, pure essential oils, candles, detergents and cleaners.
